Amber reddish color with practically no head.
Nice aroma with notes of red berries influenced by the beet addition, pine and grapefruit.
Flavor with notes of beets, slightly toasted malts, earth, pine, papaya and caramel. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 10% is relatively well disguised.
Interesting DIPA with an original assertive taste, beet sweetness was well balanced by its 80 IBUs.
