First stop on this crawl through Loudoun County. Like Dirt Farm, spectacular views are to be had from the top of this ridge. Tap room at the top with a cascading lawn /biergarten flowing down the hill. Itwas a sunny day, so everything felt just right.

Definitely one of the best breweries I’ve been to as far as location. A spectacular 1200 foot, hill top chalet like building with a huge great room and outdoor deck with a great panoramic view.
Lots of Adirondack chairs and picnic tables out on the hillside lawn to relax on as well.
There is frequently live music to enjoy along with the beer. I see some people with food, looked good but we didn’t have any.
Beer quality and selection was good, some were better than others.
We look forward to going back.

V - pretty commercial feel - always pretty over crowded - but the view is amazing and probably the main reason to go here
Q - beers are pretty average - some better ones though. Food is average but good as well
S - good service for how busy the place can get
S - pretty decent selection

What a view! How can you not place a high score on the Vibe rating? The place was busy on a Sunday afternoon such that there were employees directing traffic in the parking lot. Our group of 4 sat outside next to a beer kiosk near the parking lot. There were 14 beers and two seltzers available at the kiosk, compared to 22 beers inside (plus 2 seltzers and 3 ciders).

I had two beers and was able to sample 4 others from our group. All of them were brewed very well to their respective style so that an overall grade was given to them. None were in an exceptional category, but I enjoyed all that I had.

There is no food prepared here, so it's a place to visit to shill out while drinking very good beers. Highly recommended, especially on a nice day when you can sit outdoors.

Amazing space, tons of outdoor room with an amazing view of the mountains. Staff was nice, selection was good. Had 2 beers, one was pretty good, one was not. Would definitely go back as it seems like an awesome place to hang out.

Visited on a wet and foggy day so everyone was inside the decently large main building. There was at least the same amount of seating outside that no one was using due to the weather. I feel like the reverse would be true on a nice day, as there was a nice view over a valley below.

This place has one of those family-friendly farm house vibes, more of a destination brewery than a production one. There was a canvased-in deck and permanently inside seating that combined could seat a couple hundred, split about evenly. Ordering came from a single point of sale area - split into three lines labeled "decisive, indecisive, and members" in an attempt to manage the expectations of those awaiting beer. There was also food available (pizza, appetizers), which appeared it could be ordered from a separate point of sale.

The beer selection included lagers and light fruited/sour beers, a variety of IPAs, and more than a handful of darker options. Each beer I tried was pretty solid in its makeup, fit pretty well in their style, and generally enjoyable to drink. We did sample trays like we usually do on a first stop to a brewery, and there wasn't any beer I wouldn't have gotten a fuller pour of.

This place is definitely on our radar to pay a return visit, likely on a nice day in warmer weather, equally as much for the brewery side of things as the destination.

Great views and relaxed atmosphere! I liked their selection of beers and was able to find a stout, blue Pale Yonder and a Pilsner that we’re very good. Not into IPA’s, which the younger generation can’t seem to get enough of, so was happy to find more than a few to choose from. Their pretzel with the beer cheese and/or mustard was off the hook.
