Clear pink color with a modest foamy white head and some decent lacing.
The aroma is cranberry with some possible raspberry notes .
The taste is cranberry juice, not the sweetened stuff you get in bottles at the store, this is more like eating raw cranberries, very tart. The notes of red raspberry is nice but does not offset the cranberry and sour ale tartness. i enjoy sour ales but this is puckeringly close to the limit.
The body is light/medium, moderate carbonation. Altogether, this is refreshing and tasty, takes a bit of getting used to the tartness but still enjoyable if you like the style.
