Pours a murky burnt straw with a finger of dense white foa. Head retention is good. Aroma is tropical fruits and citrus with light bready malt. Flavor profile is big mango, papaya and tangerine with a splash of orange. Biscuity, bready malts add a touch of depth and support for the hops. Mouth feel is medium in thickness, with a fuzzy, lightly chalky texture. Overall, big hops for this city. Nice and smooth.
