Pours a lighty foggy, golden brown with a finger of dense, white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is light honey with big toasty, malt and resiny, piney, citrusy hops. Flavor profile maxes out the honey scale, giving it a sweet start. Piney and citrusy hops add to the light bitterness, with toasty, biscuity malts leveling out the balance. Honey is abundant throughout, but comes on strong at the start. It blends West Coast IPA style, but one state in land with sweet honey for a good balance. Mouth feel is smooth, with a light crispness. It's medium thick. Overall, honey is amazing and really drives this beer to another level.
