Pours a honey brown with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is ripe tropical fruits up front. Tropical fruits break away for a glimpse at bready, nutty, caramely malts. Flavor profile follows suit, with a sweet tropical fruit and cherry characteristic right up front. Tropical fruits stick around longer in the flavor than the aroma, but still fade slightly to allow the bready, caramely malts to come through. It finishes with a modest bitterness. Mouth feel is still with a very light carbonation on the back of the palate. It has a medium-thick consistency. Overall, dynamically shaped, this beer melds soft and sugary tropical fruits with a light bitterness to create a delicate, but delightful, balance.
