Opaque brown color with some ruby highlights and a decent off white head.
The aroma is milk chocolate and marshmallow with a bit of caramel malt base.
The taste is sweet milk chocolate, marshmallow, a hint of graham cracker and caramel, no real bitterness.
The body is medium, moderate carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a definite dessert brew, a bit on the sweet side, but what would you expect from the name. It does live up to the S'mores name well, while I couldn't drink this all the time, it is a tasty change of pace.
