16oz can. Label is marked for canning date of '10/10(2024)'. Marked 5.0% for ABV%.
Clear, medium amber colored body. White head upon pouring and this lingers through the sipping. Partial lacing wall left behind on the non-drinking side of the glass.
Aroma of sweet grain malts and floral hops with a touch of spice.
Taste follows the nose with flavors of sweet toasted bread malts and a bite from the floral hops. Hint of green apple.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and clean finish. More smooth than bitter, but the bite is there with each sip. Very good carbonation.
Very easy to drink and thirst quenching but a tad too sweet.

From a 16oz can purchased at the brewery earlier in the day. Dated 7-30-24
This is a clear golden pouring beer. There's a great stream of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. The head is a thick 3 finger white color. Frothy looking and has great retention. There's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The aroma has a bit of malt on it as well as a hint of smoke. From the can it both seem lighter than on tap, when I was sniffing my friend's glass.
Taste - the flavor has a great hit of smoke up front, but not as intense as a smoked beer. There's a great hit of cereal grain flavor in here. Slight sweetness on the way back.
Very full bodied for the style. Very smooth. The feeling from the malts and smoke linger.
This is delicious, though, the tap is better still from the tiny sip I had on tap.
