Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a snifter glass.
Dark amber colored body. Beige head, and this holds up as an island and creamy ring. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of caramel and prune.
Taste is roasted malts, caramel, and dark fruit of prune and raisin. All continue into an extended aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture. Very good carbonation.
Full of rich flavors.

From a 16oz can purchased at the brewery earlier in the day. Canned on 8-8-24.
This beer pours somewhere between a brown and amber color. Slight clarity to it. There's a 2 finger tan head that has decent retention and some lacing on the glass.
Faint hint of roasted caramel malts on the nose. Surprisingly light aroma for the beer.
Taste - the flavor is quite strong. There's a ton of caramel malts here. Slightly roasted. There's a hint of cola in the flavor. Very malty flavor.
The body is decent fullness. Very smooth feeling.
Very tasty beer, and one I would gladly buy again.
