This one was a happy accident that falls somewhere between a trippel and a quad and packs quite the punch in terms of ABV while still remaining smooth and easy to drink - only available while supplies last!

From a 16oz can purchased at the brewery. The date is 07/23/24
This is a dark amber colored beer. The beer is pretty damn clear when held up to the light. There's a 2 finger white head. For the ABV, the head retention is great, and there's some damn good lacing on the glass.
The aroma is very on pint with the Belgian style. I get good hints at the yeast. Good bubblegum aroma. that is slightly funky. Hints of grain show through. Jeez!
Ok, how did a brewery in central Minnesota get Belgian yeast? I get a good bubblegum hit here. I get hints of caramel. I get some toffee. I get some raisin and plum. Hints of wild funk.
The body is just so smooth and full.
Perfect 10? Well, not quite according to this site, but, damn, how could a small brewery in central Minnesota compete with the Belgian Breweries on this? Well, they do, and do well.
