"Our Aoltbeer is inspired by the historic sour beer of Munster Westfalen. The beer in this blend matured for 13 months in red wine barrels. In this time the beer developed its wine-like character. Blend no. 04-2022. Bottled July 2022. 1400 bottles. Best before 15-07-2032."

Slightly hazy sunburst light golden with a finger of white head.
Acidic nose. Inviting.
Mouthfeel is light-medium with very limited, if any, carbonation.
Very lambic-esque. For not being very popular, this beer could easily be mistaken for a gueuze from a heralded Belgian lambic house.
Excellent.
