Roslindale residents now have a brewpub to call their own. Distraction Brewery offers 6+ taps (7 when I visited). The location is in the center of the community in a triangular building. The place is very mellow and well-suited for families--at least six in the early Saturday afternoon of my visit.
Like all Massachusetts establishments serving alcohol, food must be available. They have bags of chips and a cheese box. That's it.
The beer quality is in the mid-level of brewpubs.

Cool building outside, but kinda generic inside. No real ambiance. Not much seating. Only 5 beers to choose from. Not much there to make me want to head back any time soon.

Exceptional neighborhood brewery space with impressive debut. Triple-wit hybrid is innovative concept executed well. Very solid NEIPA. Looking forward to enjoying future releases. A great addition to the Boston beer scene.
