Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a tulip pint, hazy and golden in color with a mostly barren surface and a thick ring around the edge.Broken lines and spotting make up the lacing.
Smell - Tart and super tropical aroma; the guava in particular grabs the nose with its distinctness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Tart with strong guava juiciness; that gentle floral and spice fruitiness. Fair mango and faint pineapple round out a wonderful drinking experience.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with spritzy carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, dry and refreshing finish.
Overall - Really tasty sour. Nicely layered, good balance between the fruit and tartness, and crushably drinkable. Bought a crowler after having on tap.
