Appearance - Pours opaque and deep violet with a bright pink, finger width head. Fair retetion before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Some broken webbing that hangs near the surface; lines and spotting further up the glass make up the lacing.
Smell - Aroma hits on blackberry sweetness, lemon or lime tartness and some salinity.
Taste - Follows the nose. Blackberry flavors upfront and throughout, with some lime-like tartness and a nice salty kick to round out a simple but tasty flavor profile.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Overall - Damn good gose that works on all levels. Well done.
