L: Light violet color.
S: Light berry flavor with vanilla notes.
T: A slow rush into berries that leads into bread and vanilla notes and occasionally cinnamon. It's a berry pie as a beer.
F: A berry pie with extra creaminess.
O: Pie beer. Effectively a more focused Almanac Fruit Cobbler.

Poured from a crowler filled 02/18/19
Appearance - Poured strongly into the glass to reveal an opaque, mellow orange colored brew with an off-white, quarter-finger width head that fizzes away quick;y to reveal a mostly barren surface and a razor thin ring around the edge of the glass. No real lace to speak of, save a tiny spot or two, but none expected.
Smell - Peach dominant, more tart than sweet, with lesser vanilla and a touch of cinnamon.
Taste - Mostly tart peach, but also some sweetness upfront before a bit of cinnamon spice kicks in. Some creamy vanilla comes through near the end, offering a brief reprieve from the tartness before it reignites in the aftertaste though still features hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with spritzy carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, dry finish.
Overall - Really tasty cobbler-inspired peach sour. If they could tweak it a bit to add a bit of toasted 'pie crust' malt it'd be perfect.
