Sweet tropical hoppiness on the aromatics. Taste follows with a smooth creaminess and nice mouthfeel. For a DIPA, this has spectacularly low IBUs which allows you to get all the notes of the beer...

Had on tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a big tulip, hazy and orange in color with a mostly barren surface and a thick ring around the edge of the glass. Some webbing, broken lines and spotting make up the lacing.
SmellĀ - Bright and tropical nose, with orange, peach and mango, mostly. Some passionfruit in there too.
Taste - Follows the nose. Super fruity and juicy with peach, orange and lesser mango. Hint of passionfruit and honeydew melon. Fair, lightly toasted bready malt sweetness rides throughout. Finish is acidic, with some pineapple finding its way into the fruity mix.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Creamy, slightly velvety texture makes this a smooth drinker with a slightly dry finish.
Overall - A bit too much peach sweetness for me at first, but thankfully it balances out as it warms up. Damn if this isn't another super juicy offering from Burning Barrel.
