Had on tap at Burning Barrel in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a large tulip pint, hazy and mellowed yellow in color with a mostly barren surface. Fair lacing with broken webbing and small spotting.
Smell - Soft, mellow aroma. Picking up hints of white grapefruit and a trace of pineapple. Faint bready sweetness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Light and simple flavor profile. White grapefruit with a hint of pineapple. Not much else.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Soft, slick and easy drinker before a dry finish.
Overall - Good, but not great. While crushable, the flavor leaves a bit to be desired.
