Appearance - Pours clear and gold with a hint of amber hue. Canned w/ nitro so poured aggressively, but the head was not much a cascade so much as a thick foam sitting atop that hangs around before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass.
Smell - Chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow and a bit of graham crackery sweetness.
Taste - Follows the nose, though not as potent. Chocolate is prominent, then marshmallow, followed by notes of vanilla and some graham cracker hits by mid-taste. Finish is a culmination of those flavors, but die down quickly, leaving just a bit of chocolate and vanilla in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied but a little flat on the nitro. Creamy enough though, with a smooth and easy finish.
Overall - Nice flavor profile, but more muted than it probably should be. I really wish they had opted against nitro on this one. It just kills flavor, and pouring, even aggressively, nitro from a can usually ends up making for a mostly lifeless beer.

Canned 4/24/19.
L: Light caramel/butterscotch in color. No head on the pour, but a nice frothy layer resides over the top of the liquid. Generous amounts of lacing left on the glass.
S: Pronounced vanilla sweetness from the marshmallow with perhaps a touch of graham cracker. It smells quite nice.
T: I taste the marshamallow sweetness, and that seems to be the majority of the flavor. A touch of graham cracker on the after taste, but I am not getting any cacao nib flavor. Marshmallow is the star of the show here.
F: Medium in body, light to medium in weight. Smooth and creamy with moderate carbonation. Really enjoy the feel.
O: I am glad to try it. I don't think it necessarily resembles a s'mores, but for a blonde stout, I am enjoying it. I wouldn't seek out again, but I am glad to try. Cheers!
