Sweet pineapple and orange tart nose on this one. Taste follows but with a slight medicinal quality to it. I'm thinking that because it has been out for a while, maybe the adjuncts have fell off a bit and quality is a bit degraded...

Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 13oz snifter, cloudy and orange in color with a thin, broken layer of surface suds. A few broken lines and small spotting make up the lacing.
Smell - Tart aroma - tangerine and lemon sourness. Lesser tropical fruit. Hints of coconut and cream.
Taste - Tartness shines from the tangerine, passionfruit and pink guava. Coconut is faint and barely peeks through. Vanilla and cream sweetness in the finish help to curb the tartness somewhat, but still a puckering experience overall.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair, bitey carbonation. Slick drinker before a crisp, dry finish.
Overall - Really good fruited sour, but thats what Burning Barrel has been killing for a good while now.
