Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a large tulip, semi-clear and golden in color with a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Lacing is decent with a thin, broken sheet, devolving around that mass to lines and a few small spots.
Smell - Light citrusy aroma, with faint pine in there somewhere. Trace of bready sweetness.
Taste - Light, bright citrus hoppiness. Very faint pine and leaf. Not much else.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with tingly carbonation. Crisp, slick and mostly dry finish.
Overall - Interesting beer. Kind of drinks like a session or Brut IPA, but doesn't have the incomplete sense I get with either style. Really Crushable. This would slay if released during the warmer months.
