L: Golden yellow ale.
S: Cinnamon and brown sugar much like an apple pie.
T: A strong bite into the initial crust of a pie and then into the apple filling with sugar oozing from the taste. A very unique experience that mimics the taste profile of an apple pie.
F: Apple pie in a bottle.
O: A very original and memorable apple pie beer that shows people that beer is not just hops and alcohol content. It is a tasteful journey that can go in any direction much like dough.

From tasting notes 12/18/19
Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - 13oz served up in a snifter, hazy and somewhat dull orange in color with a mostly barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Tart apple and cinnamon stands out in the aroma. Lesser vanilla.
Taste - Follows the nose. Tart and sweet apple notes upfront and throughout, while cinnamon, vanilla and a trace of nutmeg round out the flavors to give that authetic apple pie impression. Aftertaste lingers mostly with vanilla, apple and cinnamon. Mmm.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a very crisp, dry finish.
Overall - My favorite since V2, and possibly exceeds it. Love that apple!
