Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up 10.5oz into a tulip. An opaque, mellow orange colored brew with a mostly barren surface. No lacing. 4
Smell - The aroma is peach dominant, more tart than sweet, with lesser cinnamon. Faint vanilla.
Taste - Sweet and tart peach, with cinnamon, and then some creamy vanilla comes through. Cinnamon hangs in there in the finish, along with some malt, giving a crust-like impression to hang with the tartness in the lingering aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, dry finish.
Overall - From what I recall, this is almost spot on to the Fresh, Volume 1 flavorwise, though at a significantly higher ABV, and with a more malty presence. Its good. Really good.
