Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a large tulip, semi-clear and golden orange in color with a thin, broken layer of surface suds. Decent lacing, with broken webbing, lines and some spotting.
Smell - Hoppy and bready aroma, with hints of stonefruit, pine and some floral character.
Taste - Floral and fruity upfront, with lesser peach. Hint of lime. Dank character emerges mid-taste. Lightly toasted bread. Finish adds some lingering pith and pine bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Near full-bodied with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a dry, warming finish.
Overall - Solid triple West coaster. Maybe a bit more dank than I prefer, but it works.
