Probably best double West Coast IPA I’ve ever had. Really good flavors!

Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up a pint in a large tulip, clear and golden orange in color with a thin, broken layer of suds, and a fair ring around the edge of the glass. Good lacing, with a thick band encircling the top, breaking into vertical lines that stretch into the drink.
Smell - Hits on notes of pine and grapefruit with hints of stonefruit and bread.
Taste - More piney than dank, with a touch of stonefruit and a light, slightly toasty malt base. Hint of lemon zest. Finish adds a strong punch of grapefruit pith bitterness.
Mouthfeel - On the fuller side of medium-bodied, with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Good, well made brew, but more piney than I like my IPAs.
