Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Partial haze, golden yellow in color with a thick, rocky ring around the edge of the glass. Lacing is minimal, woth mostly small spots.
Smell - Bready, slightly floral and citrusy aroma.
Taste - Follows the nose. Bready, slightly floral and a hint of citrus on the finish. Faint trace of hay in the aftertaste, but also slight citrus zing.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body, with slight tingly carbonation. Slick drinker before a slightly dry finish. 4
Overall - Nice flavor, and refreshing. One of the more interesting blondes I've had in some time, while showcasing that mellow smoothness that blondes are known for.
