Appearance - Pours opaque and berry red in color with a pinkish, near finger width head that dissipates rather quickly, leaving behind a mostly barren surface with a fair ring of suds around the edge.
Smell - Sour and citrusy, with hints of pineapple and creamy vanilla.
Taste - Follows the nose. Lots of bright, tangy citrus. Lime, lemon, and tangerine. Hint of pineapple mid-taste. Sweet, creamy vanilla rides beneath. Finish adds some raspberry zing.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Goes down easy before a mostly dry finish.
Overall - Really well made dessert style sour. Very sherbert-like, with a bit more sourness. It has sold out quickly in two releases now, and for good reason.
