From tasting notes 01/15/21
Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA

Appearance - Served up in a clear, plastic solo style cup, murky and berry red in color with a thin ring around the edges.

Smell - Tart, fruity aroma. Cherry and berries. Hints of cream cheese.

Taste - Follows the nose. Tart Cherry hits first, followed quickly by sweeter berry and creamy cheesecake flavor. Hints of graham cracker as it approaches the finish. Aftertaste rings with the cherry tartness.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Smooth, slightly creamy texture makes for an easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.

Overall - This is good. Really good. Clown Drool meets hints of cheesecake? Cheesecake is my jam, and this is spot on what was expected. A 4-pack purchase is a given, and I will pester them until they make it again!
