From tasting notes 4/9/21
Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA

Appearance - Served up in a stemless tulip, opaque and pale orange in color, with a thick film of large bubbles sitting atop. Mostly barren surface once those bubbles pop. A few tiny patches and spots make for a sparse lacing, in addition to sediment left with the fine fruit pulp.

Smell - Aroma is mostly pineapple and coconut cream. Trace of macadamia can be picked up when slowly whiffed in.

Taste - Follows the nose. Starts with pineapple juice, then lesser coconut cream sweetness cuts down the bite. Hints of macadamia poke through near the finish and hang through in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Full in body with low to moderate carbonation. Drinks smooth and easy enough before a lightly dry finish.

Overall - This is good, but it's more "Dole" juice than it is kettle sour. Not quite cloying, but this 14oz pour is about as much as I'd like in one sitting.

Sweet and slightly tart, juicy pineapple, hint of creamy coconut, and hint of nutty nose on this one! Taste follows with a juicy, overripe pineapple, mildly nutty, and creamy coconut swallow. Tasty and hits all the flavor notes intended...I just wish it was softer/smoothie like on the palate to compliment the creaminess of the coconut.
