Canned 04/21/21
Appearance - Pours opaque and salmon/pink in color. Pink, one finger width head that fizzles out fairly quickly, leaving a mostly barren surface with a thin, broken ring around the edge of the glass. No real lacing, but some fine sediment does well to dirty the glass.
Smell - Tart and sugary strawberry candy, with creamy white chocolate and subtle caramel.
Taste - Follows the nose. Upfront brings a massive wave of tartness, with raspberry and strawberry and some sugary notes almost giving this an immediate sour warhead-like impression. Lesser chocolate soon follows and serves as the base, before a bit of creamier white chocolate and a touch of vanilla emerge as the tartness begins to fade. A kiss of caramel on the finish, though the tart and strawberry flavors hold firm through a long, lingering aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with low carbonation. Slick, creamy texture before a dry, acidic finish.
Overall - Had this on tap well over a month ago and the tartness wasn't this pronounced, but I think time has done it well. While it was more evenly balanced before, That punch of tartness upfront really helps to separate the flavors as the tartness begins to die and allows the other flavors to emerge. It's a tasty brew.

Sweet and tart, fruity-floral berry, and hint of vanilla chocolate nose on this one! Taste follows slightly with a muddled berry tartness and hint of chocolate finish. The taste didn;t follow the nose well unfortunately and I am missing the caramel notes here. This is decent, but misses the mark a bit compared to some of the others.
