Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a Belgian tulip, opaque and the color of orange juice. Mostly barren surface, with a thin, consistent ring encircling the surface edge.
Smell - Tangy citrus aroma. Lemon, lime, orange/tangerine with faint pineapple.
Taste - Follows the nose. Bright, tart citrus upfront and throughout, with orange/tangerine, lemon-lime and a touch of pineapple come mid-taste. Lingering citrus tartness in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with moderate carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a sharp, crisp and dry finish.
Overall - Simple, but good, and an apt release during this 105+ heat wave.
