Had on-tap at Burning Barrel Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a snifter, lightly hazed and salmon orange in color. Barren surface with a razor thin, broken ring of suds clinging the edge.
Smell - Salty and tart fruitiness. Strawberry and lime stick out. Hint of pineapple.
Taste - Follows the nose, as the tart fruitiness hits with equal amounts of strawberry, pineapple and lime. Agave nectar sweetness. Salinity really catches on mid-taste. Aftertaste lingers with saltiness and tart lime and lesser strawberry fruitiness.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a quenching finish.
Overall - Tasty. Not a world beater but its got nice flavor while being crisp, slick and refreshing.
