473ml can poured into tulip. From a distance, it looks like it's gonna be an IPA.
Pours a hazy medium copper with three fat fingers of beige head that leaves some decent sheets of lace as it recedes.
Smells of fresh squeezed lime juice, flaky pie crust, doughy caramel malt, some spice rack coriander dust, some cheesy funk and some nice leafy hops.
Tastes of key lime pie, some milky sweetness, honey drizzled bread crust, more pasty-like wheat malt and chewy caramel malt, more faint coriander and a touch of cinnamon, and some mild leafy, citrusy hops.
Feels a bit on the tubby side. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation. Finishes trending sweet.
Verdict: Recommended. The sight and smell promise a little more than it can deliver, but it's still a pretty enjoyable sour.
