A match made in hell. We're baaackkk with another wacky brew.
This one is refreshing - like waking up in the middle of the night, hitting the fridge for a snack. coming across a beautiful jar of pickle brine (AKA Natures Gatorade(, looking over your shoulder and then quickly chugging 3/4's of it.
Good by itself, probably good with Clamato or even after gettin' a quick sweat on with your p90x DVDs in the basement. I don't know what you do...I just work here. Enjoy.

So full disclosure - I did not like this in (almost) any way, but I am always annoyed by horrible ratings made on a style the drinker clearly does not like. I bought a Dill Pickle Sour with ingredient list of yeast, water, hops, barley. lactobacillus, and dill pickle seasoning - what was I expecting??? So....
16 ounce can - split 2 ways (so 8 ounces = 6 ounces for me and 2 ounces for the drain).
Pours a very near clear golden colour with a scant finger of short lived white head.
Aroma cold still hits with dill, dill pickle potato chips; herbaceous - as it warmed the same but oppressively so.
Cold the flavour is a slightly weird dill, herbal mixture with a bit of salty brine - again as warmed this intensified to straight up drinking slightly alcoholic and tart pickle juice.
Medium bodied, alcohol hidden by the pickle brine effect, acidic and sour with the over riding herbaceous dill effect.
First sip I claimed I did not hate it but by the end I believe I did, BUT again, on me totally - I bought this and was a fun little journey, and isn't that what beer is all about. Good on you New Level (but keep making real beer also).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
