Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a brownish hue with copper highlights. It is topped with a couple inches of tan head that leaves little lacing.
I get a sweet grape smell as well as sweet peanut butter.
Sweet grape jelly flavor upfront. A sweet peanut butter flavor follows with some of the amber ale trying to break through. I get hints of mild bitterness and earthiness.
Lighter bodied with a slick mouthfeel
Almost tasted flat after the head disappeared. I think they did a good job of capturing the essence of a PB&J. I enjoyed it.
