On tap in a standard pint glass.
Dark chocolate brown in color, near black. Topped with a 1f mocha tan cap that tapers quickly and leaves web lacing.
Roasted is the word; malt, chocolate, and coffee. Molasses and pumpernickel.
Taste leans to roasted coffee over dark malt. Mild tobacco finish.
Light bodied with a bit of carbonation fizz. Strong black coffee like feel.
Big on aroma and flavor, light on alcohol. That works.

Drinking this at Pitt Street Brewery in Greenville NC on tap poured into a pint glass.
Appears dark brown, nice head that lasted and nice lacing.
Smells malty sweet bready, hints of chocolate
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel medium light for the style, dry finish.
Overall nice stout.
