Drinking this at Pitt Street Brewery on tap poured into a pint glass.
Appears golden, light head and lacing.
Smells Malty, bready sweet.
Tastes like the nose, corn, hence The Cobfather, bready, sweet
Mouth feel is light, carbonated
Overall an ale cold brewed like a lager seems to be a good idea, but I would not order again.
