This is beer is made to recreate the taste of classic Swedish candy Gelehallon.
Pours a deep reddish purple, with fine, pink foam.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of raspberries, vanilla and a hint of lemon.
Taste is creamy ans sweet before adding a nice tartness and notes of raspberries, vanilla and some lime.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, but creamy, and brightly carbonated.
Overall, this really tastes like Gelehallon. Great balance between sweet and sour and nice creaminess.
