Pours a deep, velvety red with thick, fluffy pink foam.
Smell is tart with loads of raspberries and blackcurrants leading the way, with notes of strawberries and passionfruit following.
Taste is tart and creamy, with big notes of raspberries and blackcurrants with hints of strawberries and passionfruit. Licorice comes on the finish, round and soft. Distinct, but not overbearing. Great balance.
Mouthfeel is medium and creamy, well carbonated.
Overall, a superb Berliner, playful and odd, but still very balanced and well put together.
