Copenhagen 14/5 2022. 33 cl tall slim ca from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing emulating poster art from the twenties with two ladies doing acrobatics with a Tiger in costume on the can.
Pours opaque murky, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Extremely bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a murky lemonade behind. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with stronger citric sour fumes. Sweet rhubarb and peach. Citrus, lemon ad tart berries. Floral and perfumed touch of elderflower.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
State of the art Berliner Weisse balancing the sweet and the sour.

Pours an unclear yelow with a little bit of foam clinging to the edge.
Smell is so summery, with notes of lemon, lemonade, lemon candy, elderflower and a hint of pear.
Taste is sweet and tart with notes of lemonade, elderflower, hard lemon candy and a hint of honey. Very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a a very nice sour, perfect for hot weather.
