Pours a dark red with fine, pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of wild strawberries, strawberry jam, pie crust, vanilla and cherries.
Taste is sweet and tart, and quite dry. Notes of wild strawberries, strawberries, rhubarb, cream and vanilla.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific fruited sour, with good balance between sweet and tart.
