Copenhagen 1/6 2022. 33 cl tall, slim can from Mikkeller web-shop. Cartoonish drawing of a blue ice cream on a stick looking quite nervous and unnerved.
Pours opaque and bit murky burgundy with a big pink head. Bubbly. Disappears after a minute leaving no traces of foam behind.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a sweetish lemonade-like scent. Sweet blueberries and white sugar. Tart citrus and unripe gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fruity and fairly light blueberry smoothie.

Taste is tart with a bit of sweetness and some acidity. Notes of blueberries, cherries, lime and youghurt with hints of vanilla and blueberry jam.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice fruited Berliner. Would have liked some more vanilla, since this is supposed to be ice cream-like.
