Pours a dark purple with fine, pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of currants, yuzu, lemon, raspberries and raspberry jam.
Taste is tart with a bit of sweetness and nice acidity. Notes of currrants, yuzu, lemon and lemon peel. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice fruited sour, less sweet and more tart.
