Copenhagen 9/6 2022. 33 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. A little yellow U.F.O with a beer drinking Alien hovering in front of a huge red planet.
Pours murky burgundy with a small bubbly pink head. Settles as thin patches of foam unable of covering much of anything. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a more subdued tart scent. Raspberries, currants and melon. Citrus and tart gooseberries.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, a bit viscous, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong yet fresh sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A fine bowl of fruit.
