Light malt aroma with extremely light spicy hop notes. Takes a couple deep sniffs to pick out the hops. O.K. for style but a little lacking in aromatics in general.
Huge pillowy white head with big breaking bubbles. Lots of rising carbonation in the glass. Golden and very clear.
Flavor is clean and crips but a little sweet. There's good hop bitterness on the back end and no discernable hop flavor. The sweetness is over-the-top and the overall impression I get is table sugar.
Medium bodied and VERY highly carbonated makes it seem rough and biting.
IMO, it's a decent but unremarkable beer. The carbonation level is for me the big drawback. After carefully filling a pint glass and nearly bubbling over, pouring the remainder of the beer after about 20 minutes, the head overflowed. And the high carbonation effects it's drikability.

pours a medium golden colour with a nice head and even, delicate lacing. Smell is much milder than the taste. The taste is quite strong, to me anyway, but still good nevertheless. Almost a woody taste with an inexplicable bold finish that stays with you for a few seconds after you swallow it. Moderate carbonation gives this brew a decent mouthfeel; better than some, that I kind of enjoy. Not a bad buy from Eastern Europe.

1pt. 9oz brown bottle - Lightish yellow straw in color, nice two finger high head of fizzy tighty whitey froth and excellent finely stitched lacing all over the glass. Light, crisp, fresh, and sweet malty aroma, slightly fruity and musty, with breadish notes. Taste is solid balance of sweet grainy malts and soft bread, lightly crisp like the crust itself. Nice light freshness of hops dancing around, slightly musty and floral. Good medium body feel, light grainyness and refreshing smoothness and an interesnting little fruity tanged finish, quite delightful. A nice surprise to say the least, quite mellowing and good. A pleasure from the Ukraine.
