Very dark and deep brown, low carbonation, modest head & lace.
Aroma malty with strong candy sugar & yeast notes.
Start sharp, roasted malts felt from the first second. High gravity (15 degrees Plato) and relatively high alcohol content make body full and rich. Bice interplay of malts and yeasts, coffeish and chocolatey tones present. Finish dry, bitter (thanks to proper roasting), aftertaste long, fruity.
Brewery notes rice among other ingredients. Well-hidden rice! Well-done brew, recommended.
