L:. Pours a brilliant clear golden yellow with a fluffy white head and sheets of lacing g around the glass. Very beautiful looking beer.
S:. Notes of Belgian yeast, cracker, lemon, pepper, some coriander. Smells very inviting.
T:. Light kiss of honey, mixes with cracker, spicy Belgian yeast, notes of pepper, finishes on the sweeter side but not overly sweet.
F:. Prickly carbonation, medium feel.
O:. This is a very nice tripel.
