Clear, mahogany body; thin khaki colored head with excellent rings and sheets of foam inside the glass after each sip. Incredible aroma; notes of toasted and burnt caramel; muted spiciness. Sweet esters and candi sugar sweetness with the taste; background flavors echoing the aroma characteristics; additional elements of oak, honey, and mild phenols. Heavy body with a light stickiness; excellent residual sugars holding a mild alcohol warmth.
An incredibly complex beer leaving a beautiful madness on the palate.
