Cold IPA is one of the newer styles that have come out, and ours is extremely tasty. Hopped with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 and Azacca and finishes nice and dry.

Crystal clear, gold colored body; dense carbonation; thick, frothy head, white with a light creamy texture. Mild grassy aroma; slightly sweet and spicy. Very good taste; delicate malt grains; low-key pine resin character; a bit woody with dry grass; a somewhat brash bitterness; a tad pungent. Medium body; crisp with a light prickliness; very mild dryness.

All in all, a decent India pale ale. I guess the 'cold' aspect, besides using lager yeast yet still fermented at a higher temperature is a relatively new IPA brewing technique. I'm not crazy about the hop selection used in this brew, except for the Mosaic, but it still tastes fine enough.
