Murky orange pour with a white cap. Rustic oak, earthy hops, lemon pits, grains and hay in the nose. Taste is delicate but nuanced: oak, grass, hay, slightly biscuity grains, lemon zest, melon, white grape and wild yeast. Feel is wet upfront, mostly dry by the finish, oak is constant but never in a heavy way, sour notes are very playful. Easy drinking. Nice gateway to the style with subtle nuances
