Can from Wildwood Taphouse.
A hazy light orange with a rapidly receding white head that leaves no lacing, this looks solid. The nose is a nice blend of yogurt, lactic acid, a little lemon and some funk to go with the light fruity notes that the grapes add. Earthy, mildly spicy Brett notes are present along with a touch of pleasantly funky sulfur. A moderate, bright, fruity citrus note is present, and I can't say I necessarily recognize that as being Muscat grapes. The palate opens light, tart, crisp and refreshing, a blend of crisp lactic acid snappiness, earth and lemon peel brightness, and some tannic and mild vanillin notes from the grape. Fruit notes are mild. Dry, crisp, snappy on the finish, this is tasty.
